Protection Choices
Every rental includes one of three protection options. Choose the level of coverage that fits your trip before you book. These are protection choices, not an insurance product.
Deposit Protection
Rp1,000,000 refundable deposit
No protection fee. The full security deposit is held and the customer is responsible for all repair costs, deducted from the deposit.
Optimal Protection
Rp1,000,000 protection fee
Reduced liability for major damages, designed to minimize repair expenses.
Full Protection
Rp2,500,000 protection fee
No additional payment for covered accidental damages.
Example: minor damage (Rp250,000 repair cost)
- Deposit Protection: deposit Rp1,000,000, repair deduction Rp250,000, refund Rp750,000.
- Optimal Protection: protection fee Rp1,000,000 paid, customer pays repair cost Rp250,000.
- Full Protection: protection fee Rp2,500,000 paid, no additional payment required.
Example: major damage (Rp6,000,000 repair cost)
- Deposit Protection: deposit Rp1,000,000, additional repair payment Rp5,000,000.
- Optimal Protection: protection fee Rp1,000,000 paid, customer pays only Rp2,500,000.
- Full Protection: protection fee Rp2,500,000 paid, no additional payment required.
Protection exclusions
All protection coverage becomes invalid under the following circumstances:
- Tire damage.
- Off-road use.
- Failure to report an incident within 12 hours.
- Riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Illegal or reckless use of the vehicle.
- Theft or total loss of the vehicle.
- Intentional damage.
- Use by unauthorized drivers.
In these cases, the renter is fully responsible for all associated costs.

Estimated repair or replacement costs. Actual charges vary by vehicle model and extent of damage.
