How does booking a vehicle work?
Choose a motorcycle, car, or open trip, fill in the booking form, and submit. Your booking opens a WhatsApp message to our team, who confirm availability and total price with you directly.
What happens if I need to cancel?
You can cancel for a full refund more than 72 hours before your rental, or a 50% refund 24 to 72 hours before. See our Cancellation Policy for full details.
Do I need a special license to ride?
You need a valid motorcycle license (SIM C) or an appropriate international driving permit under Indonesian regulations. This is checked at pickup.
